As a very close second to makeup, I’m extremely passionate about skincare, particularly as good skincare plays such a crucial role in how makeup appears on the face!

 

I first learnt about the anatomy of the skin in 1996 during studying Beauty Therapy at Oxford College. As a rebellious teenager I wasn’t quite as obsessed with taking good care of my skin then as I am now in my mid 40’s! I’ve always understood the importance of nourishing ingredients and feeding your skin in the right way according to your skin type.

 

At the beginning of 2020 I started using a brand of skincare called Tropic Skincare. As a company their ethos really sang to me.
