Please find a brief summary of my booking terms & conditions. A detailed version is available for you to read through and sign at the time of booking.

WEDDING DAY MAKEUP BOOKINGS

To secure your wedding makeup booking, a deposit of £100.00 is required to hold your date in my diary. This deposit is due within one day of signing your T&C's. Dates can't be confirmed until this is actioned.

Your deposit is non refundable and non transferable to another date.

The remaining invoice balance will be payable one month prior to the wedding date.

WEDDING MAKEUP TRIALS

Trials can only be booked after securing the brides wedding date with a booking deposit. Trials are booked in the diary and confirmed with a deposit due at the time of booking.

Trials take place on weekdays (weekends are reserved for weddings only)

EVENT/ SPECIAL OCCASION MAKEUP

To secure a date, a signed contract is required with 50% of the total amount due as a deposit at the time of signing the contract.

This is a non refundable deposit after 48 hours after signing the T&Cs.

For bookings of less than one month away, the full balance of the booking is required at time of booking.

The remaining invoice balance will be payable one month prior to the event date.

LARGER BRIDAL PARTY BOOKINGS

Should you have a bigger bridal party than five people, requiring more than five makeup services, you will be required to find an additional makeup artist for the additional makeup services. From my experience of many wedding mornings, and due to time constraints, to ensure the high quality of service that I provide, I limit my services to a maximum of five people. If you have any questions about this, please don’t hesitate to ask me.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of makeup bookings are required in writing by email up to one month before event date. After this time the full amount will be due to cover loss of income of any bookings refused due to holding this date.

Deposits are non refundable and non transferable.

In the unlikely event that I am unable to offer my makeup services due to an unforeseeable event or illness, I will do my best to find a replacement makeup artist, however I can not guarantee this. A full refund of any payments made for services not carried out will be given to the booking holder.

CHANGES TO MAKEUP BOOKINGS

The number of people booked for the assignment is final once the deposit has been paid by the client. The price will be fixed and remain the same should numbers decrease. In the case that the client wishes to add more people onto the booking this will be added to the final payment one calendar prior to the event/ occasion date.

RELOCATION ON WEDDING DAY

Occasionally there are situations where the bridal party are required to relocate during the 'getting ready' process. If this is the case, please advise prior to timing schedules being confirmed, as additional time must be incorporated into the schedule for packing away kits and setting up again. There will be an additional charge for this added to the final invoice amount. Please enquire about this.

TRAVEL COSTS

Travel is charged at 60p per mile from my home in Buckinghamshire to the venue and back. This is with the exception of prices quoted within package 'Rose'. The prices include travel costs up to 40 miles from my home location in Buckinghamshire. Any mileage incurred to and from this distance will be charged at 60p per mile.

Any congestion charges, parking charges, toll charges are to be paid by the client.

PAYMENTS

Payments are broken down into instalments.

Wedding bookings must be secured with £100 booking deposit. This amount is deducted from the total amount payable.

At the time of booking the trial, a further £100 is payable. This amount is deducted from the total amount payable. One calendar month before the wedding date, the total balance is due.

Special Occasion makeup bookings- If the booking is greater than one calendar month away, 50% of the amount is due as a deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due one calendar month before the event date.

Makeup Lesson bookings- If the booking is greater than one calendar month away, 50% of the amount is due as a deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due one calendar month before the lesson date.

Payments can be made via the online 'pay now' button within the booking system or via bank transfer to Emma Ludlow sort code 09-01-29 , account number 26416737. For BACs payments, please include your surname and event date in the reference.

CLIENT BOOKING SYSTEM

To ensure that your booking process is a smooth as possible, I manage all bookings through my Client Record Management booking system, Creative Freedom.

On receipt of your enquiry, I create a bespoke quotation which is emailed to you. To proceed with your booking, click 'accept quote'.

You will be invited to create a client account in your 'Wedquaters'. This creates a secure, protected client record for you to view and manage your makeup booking with me.

Please read through T&C's on the booking form, sign and arrange for the booking deposit to be paid. Once these steps have been completed your booking will be confirmed in my diary.

Your 'Wedquaters' is the hub for all our communication via email and messages and you can manage your makeup booking payments there.

Closer to your wedding day/event day, I create a timing schedule for all makeup services which are visible there. You can also add any inspiration pictures of bridal makeup looks that you love for me to view ahead of your trial.

For ease of accessing your booking information in your client record, I recommend actioning the following steps, and save your makeup booking details in the form of an 'app' on your phone Home Screen.

For iPhone:

Open Safari and navigate to the WedQuarters link.
Tap the Share icon (square with an arrow pointing up).
Scroll down and select "Add to Home Screen."
Name your shortcut, for example Hair, and tap "Add."

For Android:

Open Chrome and go to the WedQuarters link.
Tap the three dots in the top right to open the menu.
Select "Add to Home screen."
Name your shortcut, for example Hair, and confirm by tapping "Add."

PHOTOGRAPHS

Throughout the trial I will be taking reference photos. These are or my reference use to refer back to at the event . I can also share photos with you which I will offer after the trial. On the wedding day/ event day, I will take some photographs for my portfolio.

If you do not wish to give consent to me using these images for my website and business social media purposes, then please confirm this by email before signing the T&Cs.

ALLERGIES

It is the clients responsibility to advise Emma Nicole Bridal Makeup of any skin conditions, skin allergies or sensitivities to any cosmetic products, with yourself or any members of your party receiving makeup services, at the time of service or prior to service. Emma Nicole Bridal Makeup cannot be held responsible for any reactions to any products used during or after any makeup application.
